Site accounts
Site people sign in with their own email, which TMG does not control. Only switching the account off ends access, so every account has a TMG owner and a review date. TMG Trial Hub sends no email: copy each invitation or reset link into Outlook.

A disabled account keeps its history. Re-enable asks for a reason and a new review date, and is refused for an admin's own account. Someone who never signed in gets an invitation; someone who has gets a new password and a new authenticator, and their old factors and sessions are removed. This screen shows no subject numbers, no money and no contract content.

For a new TMG staff member, before their first visit: one @tmginvestigators.com address. They then sign in here once with their Microsoft account, and appear under "Add staff" below. Making the sign-in does not put anyone on the list.
